Approximately 4 years ago, I visited Trustpilot and gave LeoVegas a 5 star review after really enjoying my initial play there. I've played on and off over the years, with no complaints, win or lose.

Disappointing. There is a great selection of games here but the customer service and the verification are a complete and utter shambles. You are always in a queue for live chat and sometimes having to wait for a lengthy amount of time as though they don’t have enough staff.
